Parkrose were employed directly by The Crown Estate under a CM contract. Stortford Interiors’ in-house joinery division delivered a range of bespoke services, including drywall partitions, MF and GRG ceilings, bronze-wrapped columns, Créme Perla and Anglesey stone flooring, American Black Walnut veneered panelling, credenza unit and reception desk, creating the ultimate in extravagant reception areas.

Working closely with the construction managers and client team, the challenging design required a competent specialist to make the vision a reality. Quadrant 4 is a 1930s building off Piccadilly Circus that has been transformed into 48 luxury apartments by The Crown Estate.
