Stortford Interiors (UK) in-house joinery division, Parkrose are delighted to announce that we have secured a Specialist Joinery Fit-Out package at for McLaren, at 10 King William Street. The building has been designed by Fletcher Priest Architects; when completed it will include accommodation over ground, mezzanine and seven upper floors, located directly above the new entrance to Bank Underground Station entrance on Cannon Street, in the heart of the city.
The recent appointment will see the Parkrose Joinery & Fit-Out Business Unit deliver a complex & highly detailed works package comprising Internal Timber & Metal Doorsets, Ironmongery, Fluted Oak Veneered Panelling, European Oak Handrails, Cycle Lockers, Sanitary Fittings and FF&E.
The scope also includes a comprehensive bespoke Joinery scope including an Oak Clad Bar Counter, Mess Room Bar & Desk, Oak Veneered & Leather Banquette & Curved Seating, Laminate Faced Security Desk, Oak Screens& Planters, Glazed Fixed Screens, Towel Stations, a Hydration Station, Vitality Bar and Pavillion Bar.
