Leading central London Developer Exemplar, in partnership with Aviva Investors and Kaupthing have developed this unique 3 acre site in Fitzrovia to provide 235 private apartments, 20,000 sq ft of retail / restaurant space, 220,000 sq ft of commercial office space in addition to health and education facilities and public open space.

Parkrose were appointed by Sir Robert McAlpine to deliver the Joinery fit-out package for 61 of the 235 private apartments, comprising Fumed Oak doorsets, wall panelling, A/V cabinets, coat cupboards, display walls and other bespoke furniture. The comprehensive package also included mirror-fronted cabinets, veneered cistern enclosures,
back-painted glass, glass shower enclosures and mirrors to the apartment bathrooms.
