Project Outline

Stortford Interiors’ (UK) in-house joinery division, Parkrose were appointed by Laing O’Rourke to deliver a high volume Joinery Fit-Out installation at the newly developed mixed-use campus in West London.

Block F is a striking 215,000 sq ft, 35-storey residential tower on the 25-acre White City Campus. The innovative new hub will co-locate world-class researchers, businesses and higher education partners on a scale which is unprecedented in London, whilst the tower itself will be an iconic feature building that includes 192 new state-of-theart apartments.

Parkrose captured a broad scope to the apartments, including doorsets, kitchens cabinets & granite worktops, ceramic tiling, engineered hardwood flooring, architraves, skirting, ironmongery, wardrobes and staircases. Doorsets, veneered panelling and other bespoke Joinery were also installed to the common areas and reception.

The scheme allowed Parkrose to showcase its ability to deliver a quality driven, highly detailed, high-end residential installation and de-risk the project delivery.

By mitigating interface and sequencing complications, Parkrose demonstrated its experience and ability to produce a product that satisfied the very highest Client standard and quality demands.
