The Fitzroy Club

Leading central London Developer Exemplar have developed Fitzroy Place to provide 235 private apartments, retail/ restaurant space, and 220,000 sq ft of commercial office space. The Fitzroy Club is open to residents and offers a wide range of facilities centered around the Club Room; a private eighteen seat cinema, gym, massage room,
executive lounge and conference room.

Parkrose were appointed by Sir Robert McAlpine to deliver the fit-out package for the facility, comprising Fumed Oak doorsets, panelling, reception desks and cabinetry. The comprehensive package also included leather bench seating, automated sliding glass doors, Crittall glazed screens, feature fireplaces and acoustic wall panelling, and gave Parkrose the opportunity to showcase our project co-ordination and interface management, whilst delivering an extremely high quality installation.
