Stortford Interiors (UK) in-house joinery division, Parkrose are extremely proud to announce that we have secured a substantial Carpentry & Joinery Works Package for McLaren at HUB Victoria, a new 107,000 sq ft self-contained HQ office development with stunning views in the heart of Victoria. The architects for the scheme are Morrow + Lorraine.
The scheme, located at 123 – 151 Buckingham Palace Road, is situated between the two conservation areas of Belgravia and Pimlico and will provide major improvements to the existing ground floor retail spaces, office entrances and public realm. In addition, a substantial rooftop extension to the building providing 100,000sq/ft of grade A office space with its own dedicated entrance will be added.
The appointment will see the Parkrose Joinery & Fit-Out Business Unit deliver a comprehensive and diverse works package comprising Oiled timber panelling, reception desks and bench seating, timber doorsets & ironmongery, larch and laminate glass balustrading, glazed screens and planters. Also captured are lockers, bicycle racks and FF&E to washroom and back of house areas. It represents an opportunity for Parkrose to deliver its first major Joinery project for McLaren and build a trading relationship with the privately-owned construction, property and development company.
