Stortford Interiors (UK) Ltd are very proud to announce that we have recently secured a major drywall and ceilings package at the refurbishment of 11 Pilgrim Street for Main Contractor ISG. The comprehensive refurbishment of this city building will provide 115,000 sq ft of office and retail space and adopt a highly sustainable approach to deliver significant additional area on a constrained site.
The scheme will fully modernise and reposition the building, creating new communal areas including a larger contemporary reception. A timber framed rooftop extension provides significant additional area using an innovative and low carbon approach.
The multi-million pound appointment will see Stortford Interiors deliver an expansive drywall scope that includes performance linings and partitions coupled with a wide variety of monolithic ceilings, metal pan and fabric membranes and associated ancillaries. The works are due to commence Mid-2022 and finish early 2023.
