Further to our long serving CEO / Chairman Jim Nania recently receiving a ‘Lifetime Achievement’ award for his invaluable contribution to the sector, the award made the front page of the January edition of Spec Finish, the magazine of the FIS.

Spec Finish commented ‘Every now and again, there comes along a person, so active, so successful and revered that their name and the businesses that they lead become synonymous with the sector itself. The FIS owes Jim a great debt of honour for being instrumental in the mergers of various fit-out trade bodies over a period of more than 30 years, resulting is the FIS as it stands today. In that time he has been both board member and President on several occasions. He is retiring from the board early this year and FIS will be poorer for it’.

Well done Jim!
