Data Centre Joinery Fit-Out

Digital Realty (DLR) LGW16 is the latest data centre to be constructed on the Manor
Royal campus site and will be operated by DLR to serve their clients / tenants. The new
building comprises of 4 data halls designed to support a total IT load of 10MW, plus
offices and storage facilities for both DLR and future tenants. Parkrose was appointed
by ISG to deliver a wide package scope, including Doorsets & Ironmongery, Corian
Counter Tops, WC cubicles, IPS Panelling, Vanity Units, Glazed Screens and other
bespoke desks and fixed furniture.

Digital Realty has data centres located throughout the globe including North America,
Asia Pacific and Europe. This facility is located within the Manor Royal Business District,
the biggest business park of the Gatwick Diamond area, as well as one of the south
east’s premier mixed activity employment hubs.
