London South East Colleges
The £45m ‘Future Greenwich’ project has been delivered through an exceptional partnership between the College, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, the Greater London Authority and L&Q. It is the first further education college building in the UK to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating – setting a new national benchmark for sustainability and place-based excellence. The site itself has been home to a college since 1967, with educational roots in Greenwich stretching back to 1922. This ambitious new facility will not only increase the number of Guided Learning Hours but also establish a strong civic presence, enhancing the college’s connection with its surroundings.
