Project Outline

Lucent W1, formerly known as One Sherwood Street, is the iconic new landmark development behind the billboard lights of Piccadilly Circus. It unifies 13 distinct buildings behind London’s most famous billboard into a mixed-use development that retains and celebrates the identities of each historic building and Piccadilly Circus.

The mixed-use development comprises a new six-story mixed-use building made up of approximately 111,000 sq/ft of commercial office space completed to a CAT A finish, 30,000 sq/ft of retail space and seven new residential units. Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, the scheme also incorporates 20 roof terraces, a winter garden and rooftop restaurant.
