Parkrose were responsible for a comprehensive joinery installation with high-quality expectations. The package scope captured a concrete clad reception desk, cantilevered leather seating, door sets, Smoked European Oak wall panelling & cubicle fronts, mirror fronted cabinets, lockers, cycle storage, external decking & seating to create a first-class working-hub. We were appointed by Wates Construction to deliver a variety of specialist finishes for FTSE250 property investment and development company, Great Portland Estates. Tasman House is a new 48,000ft² development which has made a striking mark on Fitzrovia’s eclectic mix of architecture, with unique positioning on an irregular shaped site with large frontage to Wells Street. The new build replaced the existing 1960’s building which was previously home to the city’s Family Court.
