1 Knightsbridge
A workspace for the ages, the newly refurbished One Knightsbridge office brings together six floors of multi-tenanted space with sustainable functionality at its core. Situated within one of London’s most opulent hospitality spots, its proximity to hotels The Lanesborough and The Wellesley makes it a unique selling point for future tenants of the space. No 1 Knightsbridge was built in 1988, along with the redevelopment and conversion of the St George’s Hospital into the Lanesborough Hotel. Set within its own courtyard this landmark office building, situated on the south side of Knightsbridge close to the junction with Hyde Park Corner, provides Grade A accommodation at one of the most prestigious addresses in London.
