Greenwich Hub

The marketing hub faces The O2 on Peninsula Square, and is part of the £5bn redevelopment of Greenwich Peninsula by joint venture developers Quintain and Knight Dragon. The developers master plan for the first phase at Peninsula Quays which contains 1,683 apartments, two hotels and 90,000 sq/ft of shops and restaurants.

Parkrose were appointed by Wates Construction to deliver the Joinery fit-out package for the project, comprising Crown-Cut Oak veneered doorsets and wall panelling, ironmongery and skirting’s. The comprehensive and complex package also included feature panelling and bespoke furniture to the boardroom, a stepped cinema floor structure, Engineered Oak Blanco Herringbone flooring, Dinesen Douglas Fir flooring and Rimex polished stainless steel wall cladding, and gave Parkrose the opportunity to showcase our project co-ordination and interface management, whilst delivering a high quality installation.
