Stortford Interiors and its in-house Joinery Division, Parkrose, have rolled out a Biometric Access Control and Workforce Management System across a number of its projects during 2019. Biosite technology is capable of establishing a unique profile for operatives using his/her biometrics. Operatives who register on different sites – with different biographic information – can be recognised and linked by their fingerprint, allowing us to establish a true working history, credential and warning record of the individual.
The system has been developed to meet the specific requirements of construction sites, including CSCS Card Management, BREEAM Reporting, Accident Free Ratio and Delivery Management and is already providing clear benefits to our management teams; de-duplication of operative records, improved attendance data and ease of CSCS monitoring. Our project teams have successfully introduced the system in recent months at 100 Liverpool Street, 25 North Colonnade and 5 Cabot Square.
