Stortford Interiors (UK) in-house joinery division, Parkrose are delighted to announce that we have secured a substantial Joinery fit-out package at 2 Ruskin Square, for Wates Smartspace. The GPA’s Government Hub in 2 Ruskin Square, Croydon will accommodate over 5,000 civil servants and enable the Home Office to migrate from three current locations in Croydon to one new state-of-the-art building.
The appointment will see Parkrose Joinery Business Unit deliver a comprehensive Joinery fit-out package. The wide-ranging scope includes Reception Desks, Refreshment Hubs, Service Desks, Timber Screens, Print Hubs, Counters, Counter Booths, Bench Seating, Planters, Whiterock & Laminate Wall Panelling, Writable Walls, Skirtings and a Café Servery. The scope also extends to Internal Doorsets & Ironmongery. The award will enable Parkrose to again demonstrate its in-house design capabilities, provide unique architectural solutions and deliver a major Joinery scheme to peerless quality parameters.
