Stortford Interiors are incredibly proud to announce that we have achieved a gold rating from Investors in People for the 8th year running – a huge amount of work from our entire Stortford Interiors team went into achieving this accreditation.

Gold accreditation means that we’ve got the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from the Board of Directors to our apprentices takes ownership for making them come to life. Only 28% of organisations achieve gold and at the crux of it, it means that every single person is involved in supporting each other and is doing their best to make work better.

We also achieved a “We invest in wellbeing” accreditation for the first time! Achieving “We invest in wellbeing” means that we have the right principles in place and have developed a good wellbeing strategy that is supported by our people.

As part of our assessment process, we received some excellent feedback:

  • “I get tremendous support from the senior management, in terms of them getting involved directly, as well as supporting my own personal development”
  • “You can talk to anybody, there’s no boundaries. There’s support at all different levels.”
  • “I feel valued, and I enjoy working within the team.”
