Our delivery of the Washroom Fit-Out package at Broadgate Tower for BAM UK & Ireland recently reached a significant landmark, with works to levels 12, 13, 17, 19 and 29-33 complete. The turnkey installation to the three-story pavilion building is also now underway.
Located in the heart of the City, the Broadgate Tower redevelopment will enhance the building’s connectivity, functionality, and sustainability while retaining its architectural prominence. The project is due for completion in early 2027 and is set to targeting WELL, BREAAM Outstanding and EPC A as well as being Nabers 4.5* ready.
With a strong sustainability philosophy, the project embraces retention and reuse throughout, utilising reused steelwork, cross laminated timber slabs and reused internal finishes.
