The Western Terrace is an extension to the end of the existing village at the western end – this is the area known as phase four of the village which was completed in 2017. The new building has two levels and will bring expanded guest services on the first floor, as well as additional retail and food and beverage space at ground floor. This addition is to help ‘reinforce and increase footfall’ within this section of Bicester Village.

The recent appointment will see the Parkrose Joinery & Fit-Out Business Unit deliver a complex & highly detailed works package comprising Drylining, Metal & Timber Suspended Ceilings, Bespoke Plaster Cornices, Raised Access Flooring, Screeding, Stone, Carpet, Vinyl and bespoke Herringbone Timber Floor finishes, Marble Worktops and Staircases, Metal Balustrades with Oak Handrails and Decoration.
The scope also includes a comprehensive bespoke Joinery scope including glazed & mirrored cupboards, banquette seating, raised and fielded timber wall panelling plus bars and counters.
