Stortford Interiors’ (UK) in-house joinery division, Parkrose has recently been awarded a Washroom Fit-Out package by ISG on the redevelopment of 1 Knightsbridge. The package comprises an extensive ‘Superloo’ washroom scope including drywall partitions, MF ceilings, wall and ceiling tiling, flush-fronted veneer faced WC cubicles & panelling, Corian washbasins on veneered vanity units, MEP local connections, sanitaryware, fittings, lockers and decoration. The package scope also captures doorsets and associated ironmongery.

No 1 Knightsbridge was built in 1988, along with the redevelopment and conversion of the St George’s Hospital into the Lanesborough Hotel. Set within its own courtyard this landmark office building, situated on the south side of Knightsbridge close to the junction with Hyde Park Corner, provides Grade A accommodation at one of the most prestigious addresses in London.

The award represents an opportunity for Parkrose to deliver another major project for ISG, consolidating an on-going trading relationship developed by our Washroom Business Unit in London.
