Stortford Interiors are proud to announce that we have secured a significant drywall and ceilings fit-out package at the iconic Westbury Hotel in Mayfair. The luxury hotel owned by Cola Holdings is set to bring the luxury global brand St Regis to the capital and will the first operating in the UK. The hotel will undergo an extensive transformation under Construction Manager Blue Sky Building and will see Stortford Interiors use our experience as a trade contractor to deliver a voluminous and high-quality drywall scope.
The redevelopment of the landmark hotel will provide 196 elegant rooms and suites and include the addition of an eighth floor, an extension to the rear of the building, enhancement to the façade and public areas of the building and a signature Mayfair Penthouse with views across the City. Plans also include a signature restaurant, jazz bar, fitness centre and spa in addition to the retention of the renowned Polo Bar. The scheme will be synonymous with luxury and prestige and will see our Drywall & Ceilings Business Unit deliver another extensive linings, shaftwall and performance partition package including beam and column encasements with exacting acoustic, fire rating and quality parameters.
