Stortford Interiors (UK) in-house joinery division, Parkrose, are delighted to announce that we have secured the joinery package for the first 209 homes of Grahame Park (Stage B), Barnet’s largest housing estate, working with the residential division of Wates Group. Grahame Park is one of the largest self-funding regeneration projects in Europe. Wates’ appointment by Notting Hill Genesis marked the beginning of Stage B of the project and forms the next part of the wider masterplan for the area, which includes more than 2,000 new homes, new retail, workspaces, private gardens, open space, community and health facilities, a revitalised Heybourne Park and a new main street.
Our package scope includes internal flush timber doorsets, ironmongery, wardrobes, timber staircases, skirtings, kitchens, vanity units, mirrored bathroom cabinets and FF&E. The remit also extends to Birch-faced wall panelling to lift lobbies and bespoke joinery to the communal entrance.
