Stortford Interiors’ (UK) in-house joinery division, Parkrose has recently been awarded a major Washroom Fit-Out package by ISG as part of their contract to fit out four floors at 30 Gresham Street. Client Investec will move into four new floors totalling 135,000 sq ft, where it currently occupies two. The Washroom package comprises a wide scope including screeded floors, drywall partitions, MF ceilings, flush fronted laminate faced WC cubicles & IPS modules, re-constituted stone troughs, sanitary ware and ceramic floor & wall tiling.
The award represents another opportunity for Parkrose to deliver a major ISG washroom project and consolidate an on-going trading relationship with the fit-out giant.
