The Auditors remarked on our efforts commenting ‘ There’s a really good amount of positive practice in place, and Stortford Interiors has successfully navigated a high degree of change and business impact with the pandemic over the past few years’.
The maintenance of Gold Status is a great achievement for the business and an award that only 17% of organisations receive. Our assessment was a great opportunity to hear from our people and we shall use the feedback to ensure we put our people at the forefront of our plans and continuously improve.
